2. What data we collect
We collect the data you provide in the forms on this website: name, company name, phone number, e-mail address, message content and - for job applications - the data contained in the CV you send. We also collect technical data stored automatically in server logs (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type).
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and taking steps before entering into a contract - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Running the recruitment process and presenting candidates to employers - Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.
- Business contact, defence against claims and website security - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
- Meeting tax and accounting obligations - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Data recipients
Candidate data may be shared with employers we recruit for, only to the extent necessary for the recruitment process and after obtaining the candidate's consent. Data may also be entrusted to our hosting and e-mail provider under a data processing agreement.
5. Retention period
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and then until claims become time-barred. Application documents are kept for 12 months from receipt, unless you consent to a longer period or withdraw your consent earlier.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
7. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to answer your enquiry or to take part in a recruitment process.
8. Cookies
This website uses cookies necessary for it to work (admin panel session, language selection). We do not use cookies for marketing or profiling.
The Contact page contains an embedded Google Maps map provided by Google Ireland Limited. When the page loads, Google may set its own cookies and read your device IP address. See the Google privacy policy for details. You can change cookie settings in your browser.

Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
